Avoid Outlook File Size Limitations and Beef Up Security
Today we are proud to announce the release of Send Anywhere for Outlook which is a lightweight plugin that allows users to bypass file size limitations and provides additional security. You can download it here.
While composing an email, the user has the ability to attach files/folders via Send Anywhere in the top right-hand corner of the screen as shown below.
Once the files are selected, a URL will be placed inside of the email allowing the receiving party to download these files within a 48 hour week timespan.
In the Settings menu, the attachment policy can be set in one of three ways:
- Use Send Anywhere automatically after x MBs are attached
- Use Send Anywhere automatically for any attachment
- Use Send Anywhere manually
