If you have an eCommerce website, you may run into the problem of balancing form and function. You want your website to look as clean and well manicured as possible; however, you also want to provide your viewership with the necessary information to get them to purchase whatever you may be selling. There is the option of having them either call or email in if they have specific questions about a product.
